cr1tical - No this isn't considered a cheat, Default skybox now is a darker so this helps you see them better and even so with realistic skyboxes. You wont get banned, Most mulitiplayer was allow any mod to be used, The only ones that will are ones like hentai rape or other custom serversm And i would say no, Because its still using the original skins for the si with a slight touch to them.

Some useful glows that some other modders have done that i think will be great for you and other people. Sorry link before modder took that one down, i replaced it and added glowing adrenaline mod too for you.
