Set the "physics" scale down to 0.10, but keep the visual scale at the value you like. It will still be a bit bouncy, but it won't be as nearly as bad.

that is what i do even when on smaller sizes it just gets bigger so i set it to the smallest size or it just bounces off the water

You can resize it with Prop Resizer. Then you can move it.

i really like this model but from how big it is i can barley rotate it it moves like abit then i cant so i freeze it then do it again but nice model

.stl formats are basically the worst pretty much. They are only good for 3D printing (which was probably the whole point of the model, not porting).

Those models are in .stl format, meaning that they have no textures (and I can't add any cause the UVs would be junk). So, yeah, basically impossible.

I had imagined if there was a second poseidon ship called axiom based on Wall-e movie but in grey paint
though the axiom model from wall-e is shapes like a giant yacht
but the front superstructure sorta shapes like poseidon a bit

well sketchfab has airship models so perhaps we could get USS Akron at some point

It's not impossible, but is pretty difficult with some models and how they were modeled (mostly an issue with missing or inverted faces on the models). This one also had a few issues while porting, but I tried by best to patch them.
