It's a year old video for a game I rarely play, so I have no idea. But my guess is the GTA V bullet decals mod since I was trying to make my game look like GTA at the time.

Hey, you might wanna fix the Metal grate sound.
*** Invalid sample rate (24000) for sound 'player\footsteps\metalgrate1.wav'

This is for all 4 sounds for the Metal grate footsteps.

I used OpenIV to extract them from the game if that's what you mean.
