The popular Efficiency Mod provides this calculation for buildings: I don't see any downside to replacing the existing algo, with an exception made for upgrades (e.g. buy if the cheapest option) as this might be far too complex to be worth calculating.
Maybe something like save 60 seconds worth of CpS?
...If you could turn off the notifications. I want it to do all that silently, in the background. That way the only notifications I'm getting are important. It slows down a lot, even if it is a very good looking mod.
I'll be honest, it took a long time to recreate this bug. Turns out that all plan Upgrades are very cheap and start to scale with your CPS. Since my mod doesn't factor in discounts (good ones and bad ones) it thinks that this upgrade can be bought for about 350 Cookies (which is obviously not true). So until I figure out how discounts are calculated ingame, you either turn off the mod until you can buy them or you just ignore all the notifications (which I know is a lot)
