To anyone claiming this map does not work or getting erros: i just loaded the map with all the required items from the collection subscribed and activated and it just works fine. Also I did get a "Missing Custom Theme" error as well when starting it. which told me it will use default due to missing themes. Which was odd as I had all the themes subbed in the collection.

Yeah got it already. left it on as default. still nothing however using Theme Mixer 2.5 I can grab the Springwood theme but thats about it. never had issues before so a bit confused on this one.

@TheGreatWolf14: you need the "Environment Changer" Mod, then you can select the map theme. if the mod is already active it should do so automatically. dont forget to subscribe to all the assets in the required items collection.

Hey! So Love the map but issue with the theme. Pretty much nothing shows its just base vanilla. Subbed to everything but seems a mod is missing or was deleted. Map is def not a desert anymore. Any idea on a fox or what could be a good alternative to get the themes working again?

@FightBiscuit: i'm glad you enjoyed the map. Getting the right Visuals with ultimate eyecandy and daylight classic csn be a tricky task, thats why i dont use them anymore on my more recent maps. I recommend to switch completly to renderit for better results.

A great map, nice attention to Detail, thank you!
Though I had to play around with the lighting for quite some time.
I set the LUT in Ultimate Eyecandy and it was way too dark and the desert was too red. Also Daylight classic interferes with relight in some settings, meaning that the last thing you apply in either mod sticks. I have everything disabled in this mod now

I loved the map I'm using it to make my city I liked how detailed the map is and it looks like there was a drought caused by human activity, a hydroelectric plant was abandoned but they didn't destroy it they just left it there that made the water in the river accumulate and the rest of the river dries up,in addition to having a sunken castle in the lake, and also another similar one in the west of the map, only the river has not dried up,and the map was beautiful without dlcs

@kimmi109: in the new Map Pack 2 will be two vanilla desert maps.

Could you make a vanilla version?

Did you subscribe to (and activate) all required assets especially the road network? Do you have any conflicting mods? If you have 81 tiles mod try the rescue option "Ignore expanded 81 Tiles data".

DOES NOT WORK! I spent hours trying to figure out what was causing the simulation error in my game, turned out to be this Map. Such a shame because it truly is a gorgeous map. Author please correct me if this is an issue on my part.

@Nacho Libre I am I am: one left side, on right side and top. on the starting tile screen you can see the lakes of the dams.

Where are the places for the dams?

@typhoon14: you need to unlock the tile (or use common ground mod) to resolve this issue, the tunnel itself works just fine. it's a issue of the game engine to work like that.

Love this map but somehow all the tunnels appear as if they are full of dirt/sand - anyone had this issue and was able to resolve? thanks.

Update: I spent 12 days creating a city, my best city to date (i'm a newbie) it has got 20k people and I have got a strip next to the highway (I tried recreating Las Vegas strip) lol.

Anyone just thought of making a city like Las Vegas or in the Mojave desert lol

Great map, but then a tsunami hit my desert city (how even) and killed 75% of my population :(

I absolutely love the easter eggs on the sides. I've found a car ramp onto the highway and a chicane in the mountains. The best map I have ever played
