Should mean you already got the achievement. It's been a while since I checked this mod so I'm not sure if it fully works today.

Ah! when I didn't get the actual "Cheated cookies" achievement, I thought it was a disabling thing, my bad.

Unfortunately, the mod didn't give me the actual Cheated cookies achievement either. I don't have any other mods, so it's not a conflict. Did notice that each time I tried to enable it I also got the "Third-party" achievement, which also doesn't show up in my shadow achievements. So definitely seems like this mod is just getting auto-disabled for some reason.

Is a custom pop-up I made for the mod refering that you are getting the achievement without cheating because the mod automatically set the original achievement to "unlocked" and you won't get its pop-up

I think there's been some kind of sneak disabling of this mod. When I enabled it, I got a pop up for the achievement, "Cheated cookies don't taste awful anymore," with the same graphic as "Cheated cookies taste awful."

It's not a Steam achievement, and not in the Shadow achievements either. Just the pop-up.

Answering to "Bean": the achievement is not in the Steam's achievement so is normal it didn't appear there but I don't understand why don't you got it in the game list of achievements. It's in the shadow achievements list. The only thing I think may work is changing your game to english (if you doesn't have it) or try to turn off other mods that can be conflictive, then once you got it turn them on again.

It says it unlocks it, but I neither get the achievement on Steam, neither can I find it in my achievement collection
When I enabled it a second time it told me again that the achievement was unlocked, but it wasn't
