Awesome! Any reason the cargo ship isn't All Cargo? I didn't realize it didn't carry coal/iron until I lost a bunch of money :(

I sure hope you add some mixed sailing - steam ships as were common during the earlier time periods to have both types of power during the early days of steam propulsion

Sorry that I am only answering now: I copied the mod into the user mod directory and edited the files in res/models/model/vehicle/ship/ <- there you find tea_clipper.mdl and transatlantic_clipper.mdl and in both files you need to edit "yearfrom" and set it "= 1800"

@[DLP]Dark_Minion how did you get this mod to work with the early start mod? I've tried several times and couldn't figure it out how to make this ship appear before 1850.

These are absolutely awesome. Icing on the cake would be assets without or with furled sails.

I use a mod which enables the game to start at 1800 - these ships really work great there.

Amazing, I was hoping this would make it into TpF2 someday and you have definitely outdone yourself with these ships! :P

Thank you. I suggested these should be includes in the forums and got shot down. Makes so much sense in the early game

Thanks again for a great addition to the game. I've loved ships like the Cutty Sark for many years. To that point, however, I was wondering why you chose 40 capacity for the Tea Clipper. I thought it would be more similar to the Wilhelm I ship from the base-game. This would be more in-line in my mind, representing the high-cost shipping but at a fast pace.
Great mod all the same and Merry Christmas to you.
