In TPF2 games, vehicles/assets only be available in the corresponding era.
About the appearance/availability time of the vehicle, please read the MOD description carefully.
You can also use the "all avilable from 1850" MOD, where you directly own all vehicles and assets starting in 1850.

The Pierce 3-axle fire truck is included in the UEP2-12d_Fire_station mod. (The UEP2-12d fire station MOD has not yet been released, and needs to be integrated with the uep2-14a helicopter MOD to add fire helipads and firefighting scenes.) ..

[uep2]_12d_<Fire_station_series> (1850-2020) is currently taking time to debug the function (depot + station + industry).
At the end of the year, I was busy with work and not much spare time. MOD is expected to be released at the end of the year.
