tiger claw is meant to allow you to hit any number of targets you want with the attack, so basically an aoe 2 that you can control better, while also giving you the chance to maybe activate the reveal effects from one of your cards when doing so for each hit

I should note that Fast Copy in Adam's deck has a YouTube fullscreen watermark, and I'm not sure what Tiger Claw in Sasaki Kojiro's deck does
