Excellent policy options ... political capital requirement is too high (e.g Housing should be 28/30) and £ cost per quarter for policy implementation is too high ... overall, excellent. Thank you

You might want to consider government owning banks, determine how long a life sentence is, social services, adoption laws and children's care homes, animal homes, age of consent, pornography laws, corporal punishment, school leaving age, polygamy, make adultery illegal, promote IVF to have more children and increase the population at a quicker rate or you could go on the other extreme and bring back castration for both humans and animals to stop population overgrowth or could result in street children, a lot of stray animals and so on. Have a refugee policy where you can decide if it's only children, if it's women and children or if it's everyone. Which could result in things like gender imbalance.
