I am playing through Skyrim again and got this mod before I had bought the alchemy room. It worked perfectly and I loved it but then I went and bought all of the decorations from the steward. The option to buy the alchemy room didn't go away even though I bought it 5-6 times (that scumbag took my money each time). When I got back to Breezehome the enchanting table wasn't there and neither was the alchemy room. I restarted Skyrim and had the mod not load and rebought the alchemy room and it still won't work.
So yeah I think something went wrong :P

Thank you gertrudeschmidt I have addressed this issue.

You may want to test whether you have the "alchemy" version of the room installed, or whether it is the "child's bedroom" version. I had to laugh when the enchanting table appeared over my child's bed. Fortunately, she wasn't in it at the time! Alternatively, maybe you should add this as a known bug -- that you really should have the correct type of room enabled before you use this!
