Yes this world can get all the way up to Plantera. It technically has a dungeon way off to the right, but without using Transmutation to spawn in an Alter, the Golem is not possible.

as an owner of terraria for wii U, i can tell you that it actually uses a different but still not random tutorial world on there, and it seems nobody has posted that to the workshop.
however i'm pretty sure this is the mobile one i used to play from my memory

@Snek! No, there is no alter sadly. There is a dungeon spawn so using some blocks, you would get the cults to spawn. But like I said, sadly no alter for golem.
