Hey man! Is it also possible for you to add the adv dupe area duplicator that replaces the base duplicator? That way it would immensely reduce the need for unnecessary welds. Got a big project that only adv dupe 2 can copy bc the game crashes w the regular one. Thanks!

What Im trying to say is that I am trying to make the advanced duplicator 2 duplicate the entities in a way where some of them are unfrozen and some of them arent which i mean that for example the wiremod music box duplication. It needs some of the props to be unfrozen and some of them frozen so it will work properly. The normal duplicator uses that method where some of them are unfrozen and frozen depending on how the duplication was duplicated.

Advdupe2 has a setting for that iirc, it should be in their menu

Can you make it so that it will make the dupes have the freezing effect on the specific props aka how the normal duplicator works so everything doesn't need to be unfrozen with r so it will work?

Fyi, it won't even stop actual crashes and literally just makes your server laggier, just prevents the most common propspam lag in an incredibly inefficient way lol

That addon is like 5 lines of code and barely does anything other than creating nocollide constraints on each prop spawned. I won't be able to fix stuff like this as it's another addon breaking adv dupe 2.

The way adv dupe is set up won't allow for that without heavy reworking. Even gmod's undo system would need to be changed, would be incredible hard and time consuming.

I'd get why it wouldn't be since it seems like a pain.

Would it be possible for you to make a version of this for undoing dupes? They lag so hecking much with a lot of constraints.

You're not giving me much to work with, stacker and multiparent are not touched by this addon in any possible way. I would need any kind of errors, crash logs or just anything more solid.

this dupe is causing multiple issues on a server its used on causing crashes and sometimes even breaking dupes. It seems to be affecting other addon tools like stacker and multiparent making them caus ecrashes now. any chance u could investigate?
