I love this mod a LOT, but she's definitely overpowered. I hope you get time soon to work on balancing her so I can play her against my girlfriend's undertale/deltarune mains!!

Hopefully taken as constructive criticism:
-The "Ding!" before all of her smash attacks and neutral special can get really overwhelming when using any of them in a row (for me AND my opponent LOL)
-She has very short or almost no animations before her attacks to indicate to other players where her attack is coming from, so it seems like they get hit almost instantaneously

t's been almost a year since there was any update on her, but I really REALLY adore this character! I'd love to help balance her if you need testing feedback!

Idea:
Make Susie's side, neutral, and down specials cost TP, which work like the Kris and Ralsei TP bars do. This will make them less spammable and more fun to fight against Susie overall

Yeah the mod is definitely unbalanced at the moment. I intend on fixing it eventually, but it's hard to fit doing so into my schedule with the other stuff im working on.

I feel like DSpecial needs cooldown. Even though its slow the fact that you can immediately use it straight after the move ends is absurd, not to mention the fact that it does 18% damage.

I get that she's a heavyweight and supposed to be powerful but I feel like the character is perhaps a bit TOO powerful right now. Could also probably do with longer startups on moves to compensate for her insane damage. Base cast is pretty strong in the damage department but isn't THAT strong.

I feel like if you nerfed the amount of damage some of her bigger moves do and increase the startup then she'd be a much more balanced character while still being a powerhouse. Cooldown on FSpecial and DSpecial to preven easy spam and longer startup times on physical axe moves would stop this character from being degenerate and OP.

Hi, great mod, i love it! I seen it in the ROA blueprints, srry if its a question already asked, but theres a way to get the alternative color of susie using the direction sign of DIO? I really liked, but i dont see any of his alternative color palletes having it,

Forward air needs more landing lag/startup. Fair spam combos can be super degenerate at times considering the fact that it's a massive hitbox that comes out on frame 7 and has 10 frames of landing lag. Dash attack could also use a nerf in startup time, considering it is also frame 7, and combos into FAir.

Rude Buster is a bit too spammable, letting Susie easily run away and camp with it. I suggest adding a cooldown to Rude Buster before it can be used again, of about 4-5 seconds or so.
Same with UltimateHeal, but to a lesser extent: however, it can still be used to spam.
F-smash, while intentionally strong, is a bit *too* strong- kills stupendously early, might need a slight launch angle or a launch power change.

Oh, and about what Luigi is saying: Down special is fine as-is. Literally just jump over Nubert and you're fine. If you're getting hit by Nubert, then that's merely a skill issue.

Susie's recovery is intentionally somewhat weak as a recovery. In return, with the sweetspot, you can actually kill with it quite early with a good setup.

Try the most recent patch. Bunch of changes to the base properties, including reduced mobility and increased fall speed, more like an actual heavy.

Squidaccus, me and my friend tested the character against vergil, a godlike character compared to many others, and susie won every battle fought between them. its a pretty powerful character in the most broken way. No hate at all, but the character could use some tweaks here and there. Maybe you could make the down special a little less OP. The rest of the character is great. I just have a few problems with it here and there. My last criticism about the character was a bit brash. My apologies. If you changed the down special to something like susie eating chalk or something to get like 5% health or something that could be cool! But then again, i dont know how to do any of this so i cant really be talking!

I think this character is honestly super great. A few tweaks to some attacks and a some unique animations and she could go from solid to like, top class. In particular I think she really needs a running animation, and maybe change the pose of her legs on her forward air and up air. If you need me to I could probably refer you to an artist I know of who does pixel art animations, and you might be able to get some unique sprites made.
Honestly it's the running animation in particular that I think could really use a change, and the other two would just be nice. Great work though. Glad to finally have all of the Fun Gang in RoA.

The endlag and startup are both quite high, making the move easily punishable.

Nubert launches upwards, he literally cannot spike unless its a stage spike.

Nubert can only come from the left or right. Not any direction, and its clear which one he will come from.

A self heal would be way more powerful.

Rude Buster has a weird interaction with Ori's arrow thing and Spamton (the newer one, not the one shown in the screenshot)'s inhale where it doesn't get reflected properly.
I also think that Susie's taunt should be the laugh she does, or maybe make the dancing taunt loopable by holding it.

Other than that, great mod! Have been enjoying it.

Can't say I agree with that (although Nubert is definitely on the "not very useful" side) as most of her hitboxes are actually quite large, disjointed, and generally powerful. DAttack in particular needed to be nerfed SEVERAL times.

Welp it is a pretty cool recreation of Susie in a ROA Style and i liked very much, but still i think some of the hitbox of the normal attacks and mainly the dash attack it is a bit small, and the specials are not very useful some times,and if had some type of TP Gimmick it would be very cool to deploy better the specials. But after all i still enjoy playing Susie

you could also use the laughing animation as an alt taunt. or the unused laugh one, or the bro high five with lancer and suise. or wide susie...goddamn, there's so much good anims for susie.

As someone that enjoys playing Susie, I think strong knock is fine, but it is too much in its current state. Rude Buster should have a smaller hitbox (smaller sprite to go with it) or be less spamable. It's not by any means a crazy move but you can easily spam it and you shouldn't have to double jump over a projectile. Also the down air spike knock back needs to scale with damage, it can easily kill at 0.
