The splat meter makes it when its full, all your strong attacks can slip and slide making them easier to land.

So the character is not very good, really well made but I find it so hard to kill with him, stacking up damage is easy with his combos but I think if you nerf his damage output and allow his to kill easier. Even an fsmash at ledge won't kill till over 200% on most characters. I really enjoy combing with him but he is just impossible to kill with.

Our boi is here. Only complaint is that Neutral special isn't affected by the cool meter. It could have more range or do more damage.

i have a few critisisms.

a. the down special seems redundant, and it can just be implemented by holding forward special, as it fits in with that move. as well, the down special should be something interesting game-wise, once it is replaced
b. the up special spends cool meter for some reason, and it gives no effect or boost when it does.
thats about it
