Just to clarify, the fix is to take the mod's Window Character GUI file and paste that into the main game, right?

gui/IMHO_portraits.gui:119 - Illegal Property Value: 'fontsize_min' should be greater than 0 and less than 10
Also if the mod makes the game crash when clicking "more..." in the interaction menu, it's probably because the mod didn't update properly, in which case either use the launcher option to force reload mods, or unsub/resub to force Steam Workshop to update.
If any issue occurs, try use it with UI layout mods with IMHO compatibility like RUI or GUI compatibility mods like UniUI.
Especially if used with other mod edited character window or interaction menu.
But here is a german translation mod which is working also with this version. Please respect the work of original translators.

Made a quick compatibility patch for AGOT. Still testing, but seems to be working
