Both times it breaks faction spawns.
The % of your pop for each faction on the faction window is stuck at 0% with this mod turned on if that helps you track it down. I also had a buddy try it to the same end, so shouldn't be just a odd DL on my end.
Let me know if I can help you fix it.
Trying to test everything now so not saying it is your mod.
But it broke robots pop "grow" before you updated to 3.1
Thanks for making the update btw.
There may or may not be a compat issue with MEM for extremely rare cases such as the Last Orila event chain. One of the final decisions grants a special one time civic that has conflicts with other mods that affect the total civic count players get such as the "4 Civics" mod. May not be the case as unable to test that right now but just forewarning anyone who may use both mods and experience a game freeze at that time.
