The amount of content that is in this mod actually surprised me.
A lot of the sprites are Amazing too, like the angels & Tainted Samson!
I've also laughed a lot at some of the sprites like mom's 'knife'.
Not all of them are winners but I really enjoy this mod.

Little side-note, the Mega Satan sprite does not function properly. The bottom of the sprite is cut off and appears at the top of Mega Satan.

any chance of this being updated to work on rep+/work online? After patching to allow mods online, toy box causes a desync when people try to pick up items.

for example the file boss_038_husk_black and the ghost boss

It's an amazing mod but I only have three complaints
one: the Haunt doesn't work
two: i prefer the old sprites for the ghosts and baby plum they were far superior
three: make everyone girls

I've been thinking about how I feel about this a little as I've played it, just how far is too vulgar to really mesh with base isaac. Because really, isaac is a disgusting game as is. Drawing a line with sexual content seems rather silly to me. I think a lot of it actually fits really well.
Mod is fantastic, so much of it is really well resprited even past being blatantly degen. I was really impressed that they went as far as changing some of the unlock pictures. Bosses are definitely the highlight, though. There's a handful of sprites I genuinely like more than the ones in vanilla. Hope the dev is doing alright.

My only complaint would be demon beggars being invisible, though it might just be a conflict with another mod. Not game breaking or anything, their shadow still appears on the ground, but I have accidentally bumped into them once or twice.

as viscerally upset as this mod makes me feel, i have to commend the artists. they did a wonderful job for the most part, and they kept the personality of the characters in their portraits. again, as much as i am genuinely less happy each second that i play this mod, it did send me on a 30+ minute search for all the sprites. i feel conflicted. this mod makes me really uncomfortable, but it's one of, if not the best-made mod i've ever played. objective rating 11/10, personal rating 1/10.

I know you said this will probably be the last update, but is there any chance you could add the ability to toggle off the changes to boss health bars and item charge bars? The new versions are harder to read and impact compatibility with other mods.
