Will there be a T3 Sniper and T3 Tesla module? Its basically the only two things I use..

PLEASE update the mod to enable stat-viewing (DPS, etc) with the camera like it does with vanilla turrets.

Also if you could fix the issue where display panels don't register these turrets when displaying core slots or the number of turrets in use that would also be amazing. Also regarding devices: as it stands the only way to open these modules is to do it manually or with a custom controller. Devices that allow you to open turret modules specifically (like the large panel or manufacture controllers) just won't register these turrets and thus won't interact with them.

I've used this mod for a long time and while it's great, these are just some issues I've come across during play. The health, damage, and range of these turrets are all great value for their cost. Overall a great mod, with a few minor issues. :)

From Information given ingame, i see no notable difference between the Machinegun and Gattling turret besides the ammo type. And their stats are almost the same, making the gattling turret the opvious better choice because of its fire rate. The Machine gun turret is basicly obsolete, since they are both in the same tier. Sidenote: i wish i could place any of these turrets on TOP, at least the cannon should kind of share its spot with the actual Mortar. Ranking wise i would put all there turrets in Iron Ore rank, with exception of the Machine gun, for above mentioned reasons.

The mod has been tested during the 1.30 Tesla Update and it was working fine.
Will be retested again before release of the 1.31 Update.

Doesn't matter that they're useless for the endgame, because you have them unlocked instantly and are cheaper than the Tier 1s. Not to mention way better.

Useless for end game, they don't do any more damage than their vanilla variants, have a targeting speed that's actually slower than the vanilla turrets, with firing ranges so short that Cogs just walk all over them and your ship gets blown to pieces in an instant

The modded turrets themselves have already some advantages.

For example the modded cannon shoots with very small ballistic curve so it is way more precise on cogs which are running towards your drillship.
The modded Machine gun turret has bigger HP and bigger ammo magazine.

So far it seems that only the modded HMG turret has no benefits from the vanilla one.
So we will improve the stats of the ammo but it won't be anything radical, because otherwise the gameplay would feel like cheating, if the turrets would be too strong.

Altho feel free to edit the stats yourself - its easy if you follow the modding guide step by step.

Thanks for pointing out the controllers do not affect the modded turrets. This issue tho will probably take some time until it gets fixed due to our limited capacities.

About the stats of the different ammunitions - I agree we should do something about that.

Issue reported by Yuki900 and LittleGroove still has not been resolved, defence control station valves do not turn these turrets on or off.

Am also here to report what Yuki900 has, turrets do not respond to the main valve device that is supposed to close all modules at once, as well as the controller system for turrets not working with these turrets as well

i think it is a little problematic to have the ability to build the HMG turret from the beginning but you are not able to build the muni for it

maybe you should only be able to build those turrets at the phase of the game where you are able to craft the ammo

Great addition to the game!
One slight issue: the turrets don't seem to be affected by flipping levers or turning gauges on the Controller System panels. So I have to run through the ship to manually turn them on or off.

It take's HMG turret ammo which looks like gatling turret ammo but with yellow rings instead of barely red rings
