I am not yet adjusting psionic or cybernetic leader traits. However I may consider expanding on this.

@Tnynfox I don't really know if you should add to much maybe just buff the values, the extra Unity gain would make sense though. In almost all Sci-Fi lore psionic species always share deep bonds with their brethern and even with other species. As for the leader XP gain I think that is a very good idea because psionic species can share memories and knowledge very easy and fast, and in a lot of Sci-Fi even "steal" information from non psionic species.
I would buff the hapiness and leader XP gain a bit and add a little extra Unity gain to represent the deeper bond between psionic pops, maybe even some anti crime since it would be hard to comit crimes when everyone in your soceity can read minds or at least sense emotions and intentions. The other stats I would leave as they are.maybe some extra disengagement chance for armies and fleets as they could sense enemy intentions and thus escape easier than synthetics or normal bio/lithoid pops.

cybernetics are very OP as it is the first perk of the ascension path and you added some insanely strong bonuses in comparison to psionic which is a tier 2 ascension trait. I would add is a change in pop upkeep: once cybernetic your pops could gain +25% energy upkeep and -50% food upkeep in order to represent the transition toward machines. When it comes to the extra resource gain I think I get your idea of having them be more efficient, which does make sense, however I would represent it via reducing pop job upkeep since tools are easier to use/interact with and everything can be made more precise/with less waste than a normal species would be able to do. as for your idea to give them extra gene points it is both rediciously strong as it is thematicly irrelevant. your pops already gain a lot of bonuses from the cybernetic trait and get to have the benefits of a nother ascension path? seems a little to strong, also they move on to synthetics

bio ascension isn't represented in your mod, which is fair since it already is busted beyond good and evil with the insane pop growth and adaptability/diversity it grants your pops, so I would not touch them (I mention this in order to emphasize on the insane bonus +3 gene points and another +3 genepoints for lithoids is for the cybernetic trait which is also the fastest and cheapest trait to gain if you rush it)

Hope this was helpfull for some balance ideas :)

Question: Are you also adjusting leader traits/benefits inline with your changes or only the generic pop traits? that would be really cool :D

@Wraith I'll consider this. Do you have any specific thematic ideas for what Psionics should add? Maybe reduced Pop sprawl or more Unity from jobs?

Love the idea, but cybernetics is way more OP than Psionics in ur mod. psionic only adds the resource upkeep/generation and the leader XP gain... not really OP and cybernetic is the first ascension trait whereas psionic is the second, might want to add some more power to it
