Anyone else having the issue where the mod deactivates the second time you load into a save? The only way that seems to get it working again is to unsubscribe and resubscribe again, even then when you log off and on the save again it turns off again and you have to go through the same process of resubbing.

I know people have already asked for the 2022 season but I am going to throw my hat in the ring after playing with this mod since it's release and say that it's honestly one of my favorite mods of all time when it comes to MM. I am super excited to hear that there is a 2022 season coming at some point. Would love to see a bit more expansion into the GT series and WEC but maybe that is asking too much and if it is I understand. All around I will be on the lookout for the 2022 season when it comes out and all in all hope that it provides as much fun as this one did for me. Thank you and good luck with the development :)

Am I doing something wrong, or is the ERS system not in this mod? Seems to me like it should be in it. Can't find a rule change for it either.

I have another suggestion regarding this mod, which is replacing Vélan Racing with the other team - Mondello Sports

Mondello Sports is a Motorsport Manager counterpart of Alfa Romeo, first introduced in "Motorsport Manager: Online" as a livery for 70s classic car
Mondello also uses the iconic cloverleaf, which was inspired by Alfa Romeo's design

Another possibility might be to merge these teams into one, and create - for example - Mondello Vélan Racing

I still have to give it a try, as I am in a career right now but this is seriously one of the best ideas out there. I truly love the standard database and how it plays. So adapting that into a 2021 version based on real life is just wonderful.

Excellent idea and good database so far. Makes the game way more enjoyable to start a new career with.

Do you think it could be made to be compatible with the Vanilla Tweak mod, which I've tried separately and enjoyed a lot, given that they both use Assembly-CSharp.dll?

@HKR03 I mostly used save editor to correct the odd driver transfers, like Chapman (fake Hamilton) getting hired by Van Dort (fake Force India) as a reserve driver and sometimes - not always - save file gets corrupted by it, and game crashes every time it reaches specific date

For example: I'm doing changes at 2/12/2016 game time and save gets corrupted - I forward time and game always crashes when it reaches 11/12/2016 game time, no matter what I'm doing
There is no way to fix this and I have to load earlier save

(the dates used in the example are completely random)

@BarKor, thx for sharing your expierence :). I have been using the editor since the beginning of the season so that would be a little weird. Plus i have never had issues with using the save editor. Still I'll look for others who might be able to help.

@HKR03 I suspect it might be related to save editor, since I had similar problems after using it on vanilla game
However, I cannot confirm, nor deny this theory for now

From what I know, there is no fix to it and you will have to either load older save, or start a new career

Hello, I wanted to start of by saying that I've really enjoyed your mod. I do have a bit of a problem though, I'm almost at the end of my first season and the mod keeps crashing on the same in-game day. Before that everything ran well. I have also used the MM save editor to edit a couple of things more towards my liking, maybe that affected something. Is there perhaps anything you could do? I'd prefer not to need to restart everything in the hope that the same won't happen twice.

Hi. First of all, I have to say this is THE BEST IDEA I've ever seen on Motorsport Manager: a real season mod but using the vanilla database. Furthermore, I'd make some changes, which I think they would improve this awesome mod.
-Change Kitano Sport to Hermes Sport. Why? If you watch the first ever Motorsport Manager teaser (18/05/2016), the current team Kitano was called Hermes, but Playsport Games changed it as their intention was to do a Japanese team (McLaren used to be powered by Honda). As McLaren is powered now by Mercedes, and not gonna lie, I'd like A LOT Hermes as McLaren, I would do that change

finally a proper mm 2021 mod that reflects the 2021 f1 season and a new model the gp21. one of the best mm mods out there. really brings mm back to life.

Thanks for explanation - I didn't knew that MM Switch port had updated grid line up, which caused a bit of confusion from my side, not knowing these drivers at all

It would be nice to see Elena Fedorova replacing Nikita Mazepin though, since she has close links with Russian Oil (UralKali)

Those are some neat suggestions of which some I will take onboard into the next update. However, I feel the need to rebut some of those driver suggestions for the following reasons:

• Some drivers are too old. Such as Kanjiro and is (what I believe) meant to be more a reference to Nobuharu Matsushita.
• Gibson is from Motorsport Manager Mobile 3 and is also present in the Switch version of the game (she drives for Windsor too). It’s obvious she is meant to be Russell.
• Giorgia Avella and Marcus Schmidt are also from MM Switch. I know it might seem confusing for some given the similar name to the copyright friendly Hülkenberg, but I’m simply going off what Playsport has provided in the that version of the game.

I love the idea and how well it's all made, but I have a few sugestions:

I think it would be cooler if you used MM drivers instead of creating new ones (just like Noir was taken from IEC grid in MMM3):
• Yuki Tsunoda - Go Kanjiro
• Antonio Giovinazzi - Niccolo' Strambi
• Mick Schumacher - Dirk Lehmann
• Nikita Mazepin - Elena Fedorova
• George Russell - Will Hume
• Nicolas Latifi - Claire Talley
Schmidt is fake Nico Hulkenberg, so he shouldn't be used as fake Schumacher in this mod - even if it's different person, his surname may be confusing

Also, it would be cool if more team names were modified to fit 2021 season:
• McNeil > Russian Oil McNeil
• Rezzato Corsa > Rezzato Fashion
• Mersault Sport > Le Roux Compétition (I see "L. Roux", so you probably had that idea)

PS.: I think that Arrow Deacon AMR logo is great, but in my opinion it would fit better without that oval backgroud, since no vanilla logo features one

This is an amazing mod, thank you so much. Is there anyway that the sponsor logos on the car could be adjusted so half of the sponsor isn't on the dark mode and the other half is on light mode. it creates an affect where half on the sponsor is dark and the other half is light. If this could be fixed I would greatly appreciate it. Again, fantastic mod, been wanting for a mod like this for a long time, thank you.

This mod is fantastic if you want to stick to the more Vanilla style game. The changes made for three stage quali and points for P1-10 are also great. I wish we also saw some of the F2 and F3 errr I mean ERS and APS teams get some love but overall very good. 8/10 mod highly recommended!
