1 - Book of Sin : Generates a random pickup, pill, card, or rune.
2 - D20 : Randomizes all pickups, chests, and trinkets within a room.
3 - Book of Secrets : Discover map and highlights any Tinted Rocks and Crawl Space.
4 - D4 : Re-rolls each of Isaac's passive items into new ones.
5 - Nail : Gives half a Black Heart, +2 damage, -0.18 speed and can destroy obstacles.
6 - D6 : Replaces every item in the current room.
7 - Bible : Give flight for the room and kill mom, etc.
8 - Potato Peeler : Remove 1 heart container and grants a cube of meat.
9 - Smelter : Any holded trinkets are destroyed, their effects are applied to him.
0 - Diplopia : Duplicates all pickups and pedestal items in the current room.
O - Abyss : Destroys all item pedestals in the room and gives a unique red locust familiar.
I - Glowing Hourglass : Return to the previous room.
