That's not the issue the issue is if I subscribe and they pull you off because you only have 4 pictures and I play the game and it's not there. I get an error message on one of the cars I put it on. I think the requirements are five pictures. This has already happened. My computer can handle anything on steam. So if the requirement is not meant I will not subscribe just because of this reason.

No you can subscribe if you want, but if you don't have the requirement (i.e. the base game), you may not be able to enjoy the livery

If they don't meet the requirements I am not going to subscribe?
