I stand corrected...was thinking you were just testing the map. For example, subcribing to the map that was published in a private state and then testing by changing maps while not actually in a server. That way you at least know the publish worked. I suppose that doesn't mean that an actual server can host it though.

Nah, you can't Webtrance. It has to be made public in-order to host it on a server. Since you cannot subscribe a server to the "mod".
