My new favourite mod is awesome

For people that want to use this with FF, try this:

Copy the explosion file from this mod and replace the one in the Fiend Folio mod folder. You can find it by going into the mods folder, locate this mod & Fiend Folio, enter resources/gfx/effects. effect_029_explosion.png file is the one you have to copy and then replace in Fiend Folio.

hello @Cheadle. thank you for this awesome mod. i want to ask you, there's a glitch when you use the Tower?, the sprites are all messed up. is there a way to fix it??

@For Selling Mayonaise! sorry for the late replies to these but yeah. it seems like any explosion mod is messed up with FF. it's prioritizing the animation file but not the sprite and so far I can't seem to figure out a fix from experimenting. for now when playing FF you'll just have to disable it if you want :(

Seems to be broken atm, or atleast it doesnt work with Fiend folio

I just tried it and it doesn't work , the explosion sprites look really messed up

@Frost Winter 88 unless FF specifically changes the explosion sprite then yeah

I don't know why, but this is simply hilarious.

I've been having an issue with the sprites, instead of metal slug sprites it gives this weird more realistic explosion that's highly compressed

i would love if more metal slug sprites got into isaac, they are literally the best sprites i've ever seen in a game

This workshop is a nutshell.. I love it

Metal Slug puts way too much effort into the animation for an explosion, and I will always want it that way because of how good it looks
