My last playthrough pre-FOI I was using the mod More Game Rules, where I choose default rules dealing with Cadet Branches. My hope being that this mod's rules for Cadets would be used but that didn't happen and it was just default. I had this further down the load order but that didn't help. Anyone know a way to make this mod's rule for Cadets overrule a setting for a different mod? Is that possible?

it doesn't need an update. the one file this mod changes hasn't been updated by Paradox, since this mod was posted.

When updating mods on the workshop, unless you paste the description back in the majority of it will be cut off. This is why the forum link doesn't work. It is incomplete.
