whenever I shoot someone, there's an error model that shows up on the ghost tracker sight and it obstructs my view in the sight, is there a way to fix it?

Whenever i have the ghost tracker equipped and aimed it on an enemy, my whole screen goes complete red. Imma unsubscribe some previous mods ive just used and see if one of them contains the problem. If not one of them, then it might be because of the DirectX.

I like the part where they all use the same attachment icon (except for the full holo) even though there are different attachment icons for each on the thumbnail.
