sadly, you're right about normal reports not being effective.
all Steam cares about is proper credit and other information with an item mostly.
trust me, filing a DMCA complaint on that idiot works because I've done it a few times.
but unfortunately, it will indeed take many and from other authors to remove him.
people actually do get banned from enough of those complaints, but it takes time.
he clearly has no understanding or respect for the creations and rights of others.
definitely doesn't properly understand English at all,
obvious with his description nonsense and randomness nothing but gibberish.
kid even makes up his own fraudulent disclaimers.
i contacted Steam and even wrote the DMCA department directly about it.
not surprised they basically act as if they don't care.
still all professional and by the book,
you have to actually own something to do anything.
they don't want to "police" the workshop, or moderate and do their job anymore.
