hello in mughals mission tree mission "Indian Sufi Shrines" if +75 piety: mission strengthen the "Clerical Ministers" clergy privilege, doubling the monthly piety.
And if less -33 piety: Strengthen the "Freedom of Interpretation" Clergy privilege, giving National unrest.png −1 National unrest and an additional Morale damage.png +10% Morale damage when we are at least 50 Piety towards Mysticism

in english mission tree if u complete the angevin culture mission before forming angevin empire your culture changes to angolois and that culture change blocks the angevin formable

but I think the sacred site of coptism are too close. The site in Ethiopia and Makourie are ok but it's far too easy to have the third. And just with 3, you have all the bonus you want for multiplayer. it's a little ... too much.
