Doesn't seem to work with HL: Source. Every other time, it refuses to change maps

even tho it resets BUT GYATT IT WORK TO GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL not recommended with map that requires to go back and forth cuz it doesnt save the previous level

...Why is this mod replacing the Sandbox map category with its own?

It's literally just the Sandbox category with a different name and the Sandbox category is nowhere to be found.

This mod allows you to play Half-Life 2 Episodes. Some of them are still buggy but this is the best model replacer i found and it works with this mod.

Supports multiplayer as well.

Also a little problem,some NPC's that supposed to follow you SOMETIMES doesn't follow you. To fix this simply just do an admin cleanup and it will fix itself.

And reapeatitive voicelines are sometime stucks but thats not a problem.

This mod shouldn't effect sound, fortunately! May be another addon's issue?

Exactly, what i needed. A good co-op gamemode with sandbox qualities. My son just started playing GMod and i wanted him to experience HL2 Coop so he doesnt miss out on one of the best unfinished stories ever! Thank you!

It currently strips everything save the physgun, but the update tomorrow will add an argument to disable that!

I know I could just load up gmod and check but I’m currently abroad and wanted to know if this gamemode makes you spawn without all weapons (physgun, toolgun, camera included)

You may play this mod on any map labeled d[a number]_[map title]. It oughta be noted that you need HL2 for these maps to appear! (Or otherwise means of attaining HL2 maps, goof. :P)

Because the actual maps don't work without this mod, dingus. The map changes don't work, and items aren't carried over.

@archi thanks for the comment, but what does "sandbox game-features" mean? does that mean like the spawn menu and noclip? If so why not just use the maps in actual sandbox? I love playing co-op hl2 through gmod with my friends and am always looking for new gamemodes but I am confused about waht this one does

Unlike other co-op mods, this allows for you to use Sandbox game-features while playing through the game. Furthermore, your position persists between maps and weapons/health/etc are tracked.

Hl2 content is required for ANY hl2coop gamemodes.
If man joines man and gets MISSING MAP - then he supposed to do LEGAL or ILLEGAL way of getting the maps. (game/workshop addons/content from internet)

I sent an FR so we can work out how to accomplish the second part of your request, but for the first part, you just switch to the "HalfMod" gamemode and run a multiplayer server!

I want to play episode 2 in multiplayer.
But how can we play in multiplayer ? Its have to replace the models with episodic ones.

If one of your friends hosts the server, you should be able to join, though; the game comes with all the models and materials!

@TheOneHeadMan Ahhh; yeah, I think I know what it is. Garry's Mod automatically detects the presence of the game in my Steam library. Sorry for the false hope, man. :(

@archi I don't have d01_trainstation_01 or any of the hl2-maps since I don't have the game. It's strange that you have the maps altough not the game itself installed

@TheOneHeadMan You can just switch to the gamemode, then play the map from HL you want to start on! d01_trainstation_01 is the first one, I think.

I actually don't currently have HL2 installed, so I don't believe so!
