Yup those are the ones, they are just using this addon along with the bms npc weapons addon.

@Rainbow Blitz The NPCs have to be in a squad to get the squad chatter. You can do that either through silverlans npc tools, or through my panel that comes with my npc weapon packs.

i think those are other NPCs with the coding the combine NPCs use... after all, there's an NPC pack using those exact models. and yes, i'm being condescending.
