I think Killbot- Horror Stereo Skynet VIP would be better suited for boss fights on normal floors or for the mom fight (the second one would be better for the mom heart fight). You can also add a sound when you flip through characters and open tabs (for example, settings) from the interface of the classic part. Since I like the Madness Combat series, this mod deserves a 10/10 rating! I think the mod conveys the atmosphere of the floor better (for example, in Delirium)

also greed mode boss does not have soundtrack neither dogma or home or beast
also i said about sound effects maybe add enemy deaths sound effects too with the door closing and opening sounds and for the reflect bullets u could add the reflect sound from madness combat would be pretty sick

well i just noticed whenever i launch the game it says its "updating" the mod but its not in the mod section of the menu i dont know why its not showing up maybe i should just wait for them to install?

Actually if you only installed this mod you'd have every track except chest bossfight so it's weird.
Try to turn off mods like music menu or other music changing mods maybe check if it's on
