i installed this, saw the items that it gives you, and then considered that it might be a bit too much
then i remembered it was ultra hard so i completed the run and got the achievement

This doesnt work. It just prevents the chest to dark room from spawning making you just sit there to do nothing after beating satan in sheol

I've beat this on my switch once. I'm not doing this garbage again. FIVE HOUR RUN because I had to wait for heals from placenta. Never again Edmund.

although something strange: after completing the challenge, the game gave 4 achievements and unlocked 4 new challenges that I think are not right. hot potato, isaac's sword and seeing double..

I don't know what I expected. Good luck losing with a brimstone, sacred heart, twisted pair, soy milk start. I think you'd genuinely have to try (or just suck that bad at the game) to die.
It feels a bit cheaty to me, so I won't be using it to beat the challenge, but it certainly works.

bad news, for some reason it unlocked all of my repentance challenges, bummed cuz I wanted to do those legitmately, but I guess I could just ignore them till I do their requirements

Ultra Hard is not a challenge, it's a punishment. Thank you so much for this mod.
Yes, it works in Repentance. It seems to unlock all Repentance's challenges upon completing Ultra Hard, for some reason.

I'm installing this because one of my ultra hard run (with Polyphemus and Quad Shot on the first floor) ended because a room had Rainbow champion Fat Sacks on the second floor.

I did try to make Ultra Hard challenge "semi-fun" to "win streak" on with getting 5 random items from the start, but even that wasnt enough most of the time.

Thank you! I had a book of revelations on the first floor two times and almost won, but the first time I was booped by the mega satan on half a heart and the second time I got a fucking cursed eye on 8 spirit hearts
