This is a great building. and grat work!
But, it has not a lot. So, when you zoom out, the back side and the roof looks "destroyed", because the Game tries to replace the model by a lot itself, what does just work with buildings which are like a cube (This building is trapezoidal what is the reason, why it does not work on the back side and the roof, but with the front sides).
So, it would be amazing, if you could make a simple lot for it. :)
