The two line feature is currently only available for the Mercedes Citaro C2 and another Mercedes Bus that came with a two line display on the basic model.
The top row shows the first whole word in front of the brackets in the line name in the top line.
The bottom line shows the line destination (first stop or what you put into the destination field when CommonAPI2 is active).
If your line name has no whole word in front of the brackets, the first line will be empty.

Theres absolutely no problem with this, but I noticed that in some buses, shows 2 lines instead of 1, Any way to change that?
Look at the fourth picture on this mod display, you can see that the top says Metrobus, while in the bottom it says something different.
How do I do that?

Yes, now I understand. It is possible if you use the CommonAPI2 mod additionally, as this adds a free text field for each stop in the line manager that is shown on the vehicle. Note that you have to keep it up to date manually anytime the game gets an update. Lets say my bus is going from station A to station B, the bus panel, which is the destination display, will show the number of the line and the first station of the line (Station A)
And what im trying to do, is for it to show Station A - Station B.
More specific, lets say my bus first station is Gava terminal, and the last one is Arizona Terminal, the bus display will show the line number and the first station on the line (Gava Terminal), but in my case I want it to display Gava - Arizona.

I think I still don't really get what you mean.
So let's say you have the bus line number 1 going to Marely Terminal, so what I would expect to see on the bus display is "1 Marely Terminal". For that case you would select Marely Terminal as the first stop and name your line "bus line (1)".
What do you like to have different from this example?

what i meant, is that the bus panel will only show the first station, example if my first station is like Marely terminal, it will show the line number (for example 1) and the first station.
So, is there a way i can change that? (I do not want to change the name of the terminal otherwise its pretty unrealistic)

This mod has no special new settings for the lines. It works by simply renaming your lines as explained in the mod description above.
However, if you use the CommonAPI2 mod additionally, you get a new option in the line manager to select what shall be displayed for each destination. @kaskader2000 It is currently not intended and not easily possible to switch that off directly.

The only option at this time would be to combine this mod with the Line Destination feature of the CommonAPI2 from transportfever.net
With this feature you can decide individually for each stop what shall be displayed. Note that you have to keep CommonAPI2 up to date everytime the game receives an update.

@harry kane, I am not sure if I get your question right. You can name the line how you like, but on the vehicle you will only see the part of the line name that is written in brackets. So basically you can give the line a good name to sort the line manager and decide at the same time what to show on the vehicle.
Take a close look on the second screenshot. That should make clear how it works.

@Grzegorz Do you have a link to the mod with this EMU? Things like this happen, when the train is already fitted with some kind of two-row display, which my script does not recognize correctly.

Hey i have a problem, on an EMU train i use, the text on the train's side destination display shows the destination 2 times, on top of each other, is there a way to modify this? it looks horrible, i can send a screenshot if you want

@leomide Okay, komisch, sowas hatte ich noch nie. Funktioniert es, wenn du ein neues Savegame erstellst, in dem sonst keine anderen Mods aktiv sind? Wenn ja, würde es auf eine Inkompatibilität mit einer anderen Mod hindeuten. Das könnte dann alles in Richtung Skript-Mod sein, was irgendwie Mods managen soll oder sowas.

@lennardo_97 es gibt keine Fehlermeldung. Wenn ich ihn hinzufüge und dann starte, ist er nicht drin. Schau ich in die Saves, wird er als inaktiv gelistet, als hätte ich ihn nie hinzugefügt

@rico84jung Da ich nicht der Autor der CommanAPI2 bin, kann ich diese auch nicht im Steam Workshop veröffentlichen. Es bleibt also dabei, dass du die CommonAPI2 manuell von transportfever.net installieren und aktuell halten musst, wenn du sie nutzen möchtest.
Ein Teil der Features meiner Mod funktioniert aber auch ohne CommonAPI2.

@lennardo dein finde ich gut aber du weist schon das TF2 Mods zum bei spiel CommanAPI2 von filebase, auf Steam Workshop nicht geht.
Kannst du bitte den CommanAPI2 mit beisetzen mit steam diesen mod auch erkennt, ohne CommanAPI2 Steam Workshop wird das nichts.

Ich fände es cool, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, dass man erste UND letzte Station angeben könnte, sodass nicht nur ein Zielort angegeben wird.
Beispiel: die Linie heißt "(S1)[Hauptbahnhof/Südbahnhof]"

Wenn der Zug dann Richtung Südbahnhof fährt, zeigt dieser auch "Südbahnhof", wenn er aber Richtung Hauptbahnhof fährt eben "Hauptbahnhof".

@Kira Megumin This works only on certain vehicles that already feature a display with two rows and have their own special handling in this mod. Currently this is working on the Citaro C2, Citaro C1 and the O405. Some trains like the Talent 2 have also a display with two rows.

How do you make the info displayed as 2 rows like the one on the yellow Citaro?

Yeah and it did smth, but haven't mod had a feature that you can "rename" every stop for a specific route? (For example stop is named "A" but you can type in the special window "B" which won't rename the original stop, but vehicles will be showing "B" instead)

It also has a text field to enter the name that shall be displayed. Note that you usually have to update CommonAPI2 anytime the game receives an update (also the regulary released minor updates). Sometimes there is either an update or, like in this case, it is recommended to use the "buildoverwrite"-option in the CommonApi2 settings.

It is awsome that you could make that working and I am very thankful. I have one problem. I downloaded the commonapi2 from the website but the game said that the version is not listed as known good version. My game has version 35313 and the current api2 only support the version 35312. Is there anything that I can do about? Thanks for your work and best regards.
