Update log 7/7/21

Added 3 new Masters, Dan Blackmore, Rin (Extra) and Alice
Re-balanced Kingprotea, namely her Infantile Regression skill. It will now grant mana upon winning a fight instead of VP.

Additionally, a Servant bag was created with Servants who are present throughout Extra, CCC, Extella and Extella Link. This optional bag has more than the regular 9 Servants per bag (currently 25), and as an additional rule the players may draw 2 Servants from the bag and select 1 to keep, returning the other to the bag.
