Overall a great mod, just a few things worth pointing out...
1) The dice rollers are too close to the edge of the table, one of the white hero dice tends to roll off. I slid them up an inch or two and it fixed the problem.
2) As someone else commented, a designated place to put the decks would be nice. I cloned your discard piles and that worked well.
3) The table is very cluttered, it can be overwhelming figuring out what's what.
I moved the room/encounter/lair cards to the middle drawer and use it to assemble the A/B/C decks.
There are 8 player mats and each drawer holds 4, so I put 4 on the left/right drawers. The empty space on either side of the play area helped to differentiate the 2 optional DLC's from the core game.
As a suggestion, I think that would be better to add a space somewhere for placing decks of card. I just place them randomly but there's no much space near the gameboard. Also I notice the discard section has no space to place 3 cards (loot/spells) in a row as stated in the rulebook. I don't know if this can be addressed as I'm no programmer myself.
