If you go to the folder with all your gmod addons, and you have removed the item itself from your subscriptions, delete the workshop file, and restart gmod

It is client side, so yes, as long as the servers use the css models as playermodels, then yes, they will definitely work.

Because I think there are other viewmodels which work for more than just the css playermodels (I'm not sure though)
