I'm not experiencing the crashing problem you described, on the latest version and I have it in alphabetical load order. However, if this is the mod causing issues, try setting it to the top or bottom. When I use several CoA mods, I generally put this one below the others. Not sure about FOI.

High just checking if this mod fits 1.6 and FOI. Also what's the recommended loading order? I found that when I tried to click on the coat of arms and check the dynasty at the initial map interface (the one you choose characters from) then game crushes.
