as mentioned on the description, i loaded the mod before starting the game and loaded my save file and played for 5 turns to test it out. Looters are spawning as usual no difference whatsoever. i get 4-5 looter army spawning in my territory.
Also tried the new campaign with the mod. first 5-10 turns no spawns but as soon as i overtook a faction and my territory grew bigger, same old looter spawns.
I get 3-4 spawns each turn with the new campaign with mod turned on. I left the looters to see if they they go away eventually for like 4 turns and WALLLA i had like 12 looter army in my territory......
Im pretty new to the game so i dont have any other mods installed except this. Do i need to install something in addition?
Legit this looter spawn is turning me off from playing the game.. like wth? what were the devs even thinking?
Yeah the looters council option is dumb and only exists to annoy the player. You can use it again the AI but it doesnt really have much effect nor do they seem to care.

I don't know if this is compatible with TROM and if it is not, I do not have plans to create a compatible version.
As for reversing it to create more looters all over the place, it would be quite difficult.
This was in my lua_mod_log.txt file: Failed to load mod: [script\_lib\mod\test_script_here.lua]
Where is the lua script supposed to run from? I checked the CA script folder in AppData\Roaming and there wasn't any script there.
The other possibility I can think of is that you loaded a game during the AI's turn.
If it's not one of those, I honestly don't know.
