does this work on AMD GPUs? I've seen a lot of people having problems with it and I think it might be a problem with screen memory access from AMD GPUs being different from Nvidia
I have an AMD GPU and I am also experiencing the problem where the in game screen doesn't do anything while the console window just says "Decoding your screen..."

you can change the .bank files but you I think you can't go over the existing sounds or add new ones. you need to replace everything

Tho is it possible to change existing .bank files? Im asking coz I want to make a soundpack for sm and found on internet that if it was compiled its impossible to change it.

This is not possible. You can't add sounds to the game. You would need to change .bank files with special software. And it will require a restart of the game every time.

Please make a radio where you can put it custom songs and play them with the radio
