Hi, can you help me, I have 81 tile mod but I stil can't buy and build on another tile

My intent was never to “steal” anything, I’ve used your great map to build out a road grid for others to build upon. I’ve updated the description to be clear what this is, who was the original map creator & added a link to the original map on the workshop. I made a collection that had the original map, but I guess it wasn’t specific enough, sorry for the confusion & misunderstanding.

tbh I just play the game with the money given. Its not hard not to cheat
