Unlocking all doesn't give the hats, only the furniture items.

you can use the "jumpruler" command to disable it, other than that. extrastuff v2 has implemented this feature so you may need to manage something from there

how to disable the jump height ruler? apparently there's 2 types of rulers now which change between them if you press "0", is it disabled by command now?

oh right, that block. its not supposed to be there i was just testing but forgot to remove it
and you dont need the shotgun, its just there for fun

oh i see, after catching 30 swords you get a cool crown above the door and infinite lives for the sword minigame, no gameplay differences or cool hats or anything like that tho
