nice house, only bug when u exit from the house u spawn on the ground, "inside" the woodenstaris; but... isn't a real problem!

It could use some work on the 1st level's floor, the first step, at least for me on my machine is a fall thru an extradimensional space to the first floor, and it gets a bit tricky leaving. Other than that everything works well it is a very very fine house, with two horkers in the yard, life used to be so hard...sorry, an ancient song came to mind.

It's a nearly exact replica of the smith in Riverwood. No alchemy lab, no enchanting table. Just a big bear in the back of the house :/

you need to fix npc bug!

You'd need to put some navmeshes [www.creationkit.com] in the house if you want NPCs to follow you in and out. More about that in the tutorials on the Creation Kit wiki [www.creationkit.com].

Speaking of which, one way I've heard of to keep mannequins from moving in your mods: put an isolated bit of navmesh under each one. Mannequins are technically NPCs, and NPCs would rather be on navmeshed surfaces than not.

Looks like a very nice mod, sub'd. Love to have an actual house in Winterhold, instead of being forced to join the mages and live in the college. Are you learning navmesh now, or do you plan on it?
