yes most likely, its not the vanilla Heavenly Grace, but a "clone".

Yup I unlocked Heavenly Grace, also tried creating new game, the Heavenly Skill is not unlocked automatically and the buffs are still not there. Maybe not compatible with TROM since TROM also adds 3 skills below the original skill tree?

She still has the heavenly grace skill but it does not provides the buffs. I put the order of the mod above TROM.

I removed the +450% ammo completely. Added a link for an unlisted mod which will add +450% ammo for her whole army.

Could we get a version with that ammo +450% buff for the whole army instead of just Diaochan? Wukingdance has a specific comb item locked inplace where you'd equip a bow.
