If you want to update an existing pack, navigate to the pack file in your ResourcePacks folder. There should be 4 folders (content, icon.png, pack.json, and workshop.json). What you want to do is make a text file. Call the file SteamFileId.txt and open it. Inside put the file id, so for this pack it would be 2464515311. Then, save it and close the file explorer. Open terraria, and publish the pack again. It should update the one on steam. Hope this helps
