added new legendary (101 stat+) effects.
Authority 101+ gain 2 towers pre-battle
Resolve 101+ gain 2 barricade pre-battle
Expertise 101+ gain 30% reduced penalty from attrition due to low supply
Instinct 101+ gain 12% shock cav move speed
Cunning 101+ gain 2 oil trap pre-battle

Yes, it is compatible with all the major mods.

MTU/WU/TUP don't make changes to the WuXing stat system so it is default 100% compatible with those. TROM does make changes to WuXing stats, but I specifically calibrated the mod effects to compliment TROM's changes so it is also 100% compatible with TROM.

I would take out the negative experience gain from the new wuxing system. If your units are at 0 EXP, at the end of the turn they max out at level 10.
