copy following 2 files [00_species_classes.txt] and [01_base_species_classes.txt]
from original game folder Stellaris/common/species_classes
to mod folder common/species_classes

then checksum problem would be solved(Iron-man would be work)

新DLC提供的两个预设帝国的头像没有被替换，还是原版头像，如果直接用这个预设开始游戏，统治者也是原版头像，而如果自建，却找不到任何一个原版头像，希望作者可以解决一下，最后谢谢你提供这么好的MOD！

no, applying portrait mode will leave all default portraits blank like a ghost

new dlc part will work when I bought new dlc
for now this mod only work on other part
new dlc part will show original portrait
original portraits will auto change after mod update
no need restart new game

then support ironman and achievement

Here to drop a comment that it isn't achievement compatible because it requires a mod that does not support ironman.

Overall love the universal mod though would love it to be achievement compatible, thank you!
