1. No perfect solution, but you might try:
- unsubscribing -> closing Steam -> opening Steam again -> then resubscribing
- verifying game files
2. The Concrete Interstates require Adaptive Networks mod to hide/show the concrete barriers. Default without AN is just "show all".
1. I can't find the the IMT templates in content manager
2. Every time i create a concrete exit, it adds concrete barriers blocking the road and making it look unconnected. I tried fixing this using network skins, road anarchy, to no avail.
Solutions?

I'm using road colors changer ++ to make the ground & elevated asphalt darker and intersection marking tool to put down lines in the transition space.
@Insanity Check: I don't know if I understand you correctly, but these highways all have the vanilla default road color (128, 128, 128).
Though there's a few extra styles I really wish the set had, as well as wished they all used the default road textures. I've lived in many places of the US (from CA, to FL, to MA, to Tx etc, gogo military life!) and never see roads with a dark road surfaces. Even when they repaved our parking lot it stayed dark for maybe a week :P Plus using default I can use themes and network skins to set the hue and color and it blends with other road types.
But thats my only quirp about this. everything else is amazing and been loving it thus far.
I Like That Freeway Styles of California.
