Strange. I'm not sure why it would affect those animations but maybe it's replacing default scripts? Regardless, I'm glad you were able to get things working :)

ok i got everything too work, oddly enough it was a bath house mod that was messing with it, for some reason it was also making all the companions and dark brotherhood members appear in helgan as well. XD I deleted most of the mod before hand but the scripts were still there and i forgot to delete them

I can vouch for it not being the unofficial patch because I run all of those myself.

Works fine for me.

this is the only mod with wood cutting......the only thing that may or may not is the unofficial skyrim patch since it adds axes to every chopping block, but i would not think that would do it. I will try the syncing thing.

Weird. Do you have anything installed that changes the firewood chopping or sawmill loading animations? The only thing I can think of is that those animations are not firing events like they normally do.

Either that or Skyrim isn't synchronizing the mod properly. Have you tried letting the vanilla launcher finish synching all subscribed mods?

I just started two hand so its at 25 and I did try messing with the options and even reinstalling, and even went through my others too find conflicts, unless its just skyrim itself bugging it up.

I know this is a silly question but what is your Two-Handed skill at? Also, have you tried disabling and re-enabling skill gain for chopping and loading?

the only thing that works with this mod is the smithing xp, none of the other things work.
